L397 Pleco (Alenquer Tiger Pleco) – Care Guide
Description
The L397 Pleco (Panaqolus sp. L397), commonly known as the Alenquer Tiger Pleco, is a highly sought-after dwarf pleco species native to Brazil. It is admired for its striking orange to reddish-orange body marked with bold black bands and intricate tiger-like striping. Unlike many large plecos, the L397 remains relatively small, making it an excellent choice for community aquariums and aquarists looking for a colorful, manageable pleco species. These fish are peaceful, hardy, and known for their affinity for driftwood.
